All of them, including the free Public tier — you do not even need an account. The converter sits on the map toolbar and turns Cassini coordinates from Kenyan survey plans and deed plans into WGS84 latitude/longitude and UTM Zone 37S, in metres or feet, with the Arc 1960 datum shift applied. It will also tell you which survey block your converted point falls in. Opening that block's scanned RIMS survey sheet needs Gold or Platinum, as does the rest of the toolbar.
All of them, including the free Public tier — no account needed. It measures a parcel, applies its zone's plot ratio and ground coverage, and estimates gross floor area, building footprint, indicative floors and dwelling units — warning you when a result would break the zone's floor limit or the plot is under the zone's minimum size.
Measure and the Cassini converter are free on every plan too. The terrain profile tool needs Silver or above; the rest of the toolbar needs Gold or above.
Anything you upload as a custom layer (Gold and Platinum) is private to your account by default. We never resell user-uploaded data.
